Well now, besides the fact that I am running at about 101, have a headache,
throat feels
like a monster truck ran through it AND I have completely lost my voice, I DID however almost finish my Americana quilt. Had a great time as usual and there are just not that many people who I would sew into the night with feeling as yucky as I did. For that matter, there are probably not too many people who would be willing to sew with me when I was sick, (cough, hack, sneeze, wipe)
Can everyone just please stop for one minute and say a quick but fervent prayer that I be released from this physical bondage of sickness? I don't like anything holding me back from life! My motto is "Be like Paul on Malta, SHAKE IT OFF!"
But I am afraid this viper has a tight hold...
Hubby is coming home today and I am looking forward to his strong loving arms holding me close...
Perhaps I'll try to lie down again...

Steph, your quilt is beautiful. Just looking at it ought to make you feel a tiny bit better. Way to go!
Love it, love it, love it!!!! It turned out so good. I wish I had waited to put mine together until I saw some of the others. I love your stars in between blocks! Good job!
