Stuff...

Getting a lot done today. Taking a little break! Sloan is at piano (Jeff took her which is nice since it is a 25 minute drive!) and the kids are watching Finding Nemo. Happy first day of school to all you summer break people! Ha! We are most likely going to Tn. next week and it won't be messing up our schedule at all! I don't know how people can break for summer. It seems too odd for us. I don't want the kids running around doing whatever they want all summer. Not that that's what everyone else does, I'm sure they are busy with "summer" activities, but for us, life has no summer off so neither do we. Schooling the way we do, if we need a 3 month break, I figure I must be doing something wrong. THIS IS NOT A JUDGEMENT ON ANYONE. Just for us. We school all the time and take off all the time. Though I don't really think of it as "schooling" and "taking off". It just, well...is.
We did organize our homeschool sections today and got rid of all last years work. Pulling out MFW stuff and trying to see how that may go.
Sloan will be working as a Mom's helper 3 days a week soon out of the house so that will change the dynamic in the house as well. Looking forward to that even though it's a little bittersweet.
Off to manage the rest of the day...
