Under extreme duress I took the kids to Bennet park tonight and it was ok! WHY do parents have such an aversion to the park? The kids had a blast, the baby was totally ready to climb and swing and that alone was worth it! For those of you who hibernate in the summer, you should know that for some reason, the evenings lately have been beautiful. LOW humidity and actually kind of cool and breezy. We may try to make it to the potluck tomorrow though all I'll be able to drum up would be drinks.
