Tough Day but God is STILL good!

Well, it's official guys. In a few weeks I'll go to the Dr. and get my levels checked out and whatnot. A heart wrenching day... a million thank you's for all your beautiful prayers. The pain is here but deep down I still have this very steady feeling of peace. Thank you Lord for your mercies in every form they come. Do me a favor? In lieu of apologies would you just pick out a favorite scripture and leave it for me if you're so led?
Love to you all...I'll see you all soon...

Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of compassion and the God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our troubles, so that we can comfort those in any trouble with the comfort we ourselves have received from God.
2 Corinthians 1:3-4

Love you Steph!

Remember the word to Your servant,
upon which You have caused me to hope.
This is my comfort in my affliction, for Your word has given me life.
119 Psalm 49:50

I have no idea if I wrote that correctly. Don't make fun of me if I didn't. I drug my bible out for the first time in 6 1/2 years because I love you.

"We wait in hope for the Lord, He is our help and our shield. In Him our hearts rejoice, for we trust in His holy name. May your unfailing love rest upon us, O Lord, even as we put our hope in You." Ps 33

The maidens will dance and be glad, young men and old as well. I will turn their mourning into gladness; I will give them comfort and joy instead of sorrow.

For you will light my lamp; the Lord my God will enlighten my darkness. For by You I can run against a troop, by my God I can leap over a wall. As for God, His way is perfect; the word of the Lord is proven; He is a shield to all who trust in Him.
Psalm 18:28-30

For I know the plans I have for you saith the Lord, plans to prosper you and not harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. Jeremiah 24:11

Why are you cast down, O my soul?
And why are you disquieted within me?
Hope in God;
For I shall yet praise Him,
The help of my countenance and my God.
Psalm 42:5/42:11/43:5
Even King David had to say it again, again, and yet again.

There are not actually words to express how much this has meant to me. Wow! I underestimated the power the Word would have on me even though I was looking for it. Lol Typical human. The Word lights up and beams during painful times in a way like no other. Amazing and a thousand times what I had hoped for. Hope I conveyed the meaning of your choices. Thank you, thank you! Be blessed women of faith!

Job 1:21-22
"And he said: 'Naked I came from my mohter's womb, and naked shall I return there. The LORD gave, and the LORD has taken away. Blessed be the name of the LORD.' In all this Job did did not sin by blaming God."

We have much hope, and lots to look forward to in the future:

"The New Jerusalem--
Then I saw a new heaven and a new earth, for the first heaven and the first earth had passed away...God himself will be with them and be their God. He will wipe every tear from their eyes. There will be no more death or mourning or crying or pain, for the old order of things has passed away." Revelation 21:1, 3-4
