Corn AMAZEing!

What a day! If anyone could have fun at a corn maze, evidently these people can! They did it all and J thought it HILARIOUS when he called me up and said, "Thank goodness you answered, we're lost in the maze and we raised the flag but no one will come, you have to call them!"
I totally believed him.
Check out the great pics and the "corn" snake they saw! Lol
We actually have not been able to find out what kind of snake it was but WOW.
We finished the day off with a DELICIOUS pot of pumpkin turkey chili and garlic cheese biscuits.

Awesome, Thanks C! We tried to look it up but am afraid we're not too good at that sort of thing.
I told them it was a yellow rat snake!

My trusty state-specific snake field guide concurs: it's the "most common" variety of a yellow rat snake. That's exactly the snake I was describing to the ladies at the park Fri. that I had to shoo off the road near our house Thurs. or I would have run him over.

My kids love that corn maze. We've done it the last 2 or 3 yrs. but we're skipping it this year. Too many other things to pick from!
