Okay, I stopped half-way through listening because I just had to say that this was my favorite movie when I was a kid. I saw it a million times, I wanted to be a nun, just so I could go be a nanny and meet some rich widower with gorgeous kids and then run off and get married. Oh, escaping the Nazi's? That part was kind of exciting too. When we lived in Vermont we used to drive out to where they moved when they came to America. Interesting right? Not so much! I had trouble getting on some of the other videos.
This one is from my all time favorite movie! I could watch it over and over. Actually the book The story of the Von Trapp Family Singers is amazing. Maria had amazing faith and they had some amazing experiences. She actually did not want to marry the captain and cried and cried about it. I highly recommend the book.
