I was all excited to post this "look what fun things we do in OUR homeschooling hours" post. And then Amy called. Lol. Well, now I post it with a little reluctance...but it WAS fun. Lol... Amy and I were talking about how we remembered a time when if we got hurt at someone else's house WE'D be the ones who got into trouble! Ha! Times sure are different. Funny that someone getting hurt here has made me feel a bit guilty for any of the rowdy fun they finally talk me into. So while the following videos may not be well, 100% smart, they are still 100% fun and family oriented. Dad is involved. Mom is involved. And we play until we get tired or evidently the new rule: Until someone gets hurt!

Oh, memories. We used to do this on our stairs, but we used sleds and we didn't cover the stairs and our parents didn't supervise. We finally told them when we were all grown up. One time my brother went head first into the wall and we all panicked a little hoping he wouldn't pass out. We were very bad children! But boy did we have us some fun!
we didn't have stairs but we were in the trees and such all the time! I heard, not long ago, that the boys jumped off the roof of a friend's house into their pool!! With the friend jumping too and the parents knowing... the friend's bedroom has a balcony with a tree close by and yep... I heard they jump off the balcony into the tree. It made me get the mom quivers but made Dad laugh. He did tell them not to jump off the roof into the pool anymore though.
I was just thinking it is a miracle if none of your girls ended up with bruises on their right hip. That turn scared me. it does look like a lot of fun though!
