Happy Monday Everyone!
In personal Bible time this morning, I knew I needed some words on peace. Peace for new school days, peace at night with my terrible insomnia, peace with the kids...so I prayed earnestly and then was about to look up the word peace in the index when Ephesians 2:14 popped into my head.
I (as usual) doubted the validity of scripture "popping into my head" and even had the thought, "Every time I get prompted to scripture it seems to be 2:14 of something! So I am sure it just "me", not God.
But of course I turn to it and what does it say?
"He is our perfect peace".
HE is our perfect peace.
HE is our perfect peace!
So for all of us needing it today and especially me, remember, HE is our perfect peace.
Apply it how you like. But I shall keep focused on HIM every moment today, turn to HIM when I lose my focus, keep praying, surrendering each moment if I have to and praise Him all the day long!
Thank you Lord for being so amazingly, consistently, ridiculously FAITHFUL when I am so painfully not!

It's 9:30 and I have accomplished next to nothing. I did have breakast which I guess is a good start. I'm wasting time checking blogs putting off getting started. But--I have peace! I've been praying all morning and I am filled to overflowing with peace. Thanks for the reminder!
