Stream of thought...

Made homemade pizza yesterday. Sauteed onions, garlic, red and green peppers and mushrooms. Am I wrong or is garlic the complete and absolute ruler of all spices? I just opened up the DISHWASHER to put a dish in and the smell from the garlic press wafted out...(washer hadn't been run yet) That is pretty bad isn't it? When garlic can make the unrun dishwasher smell good? Lol

Problem with cold weather: It's not that cold people. The real problem is that it is cold enough to require heat which means the air in the house is so dry there are not enough tissues to go around nor pumpkin spice coffee to coat irritated throats.

Just because one wants to see what Lord of the Rings looks like on flat screen, you cannot pass Gollum off as sweet "Barney type" character to 19 month old.

Hey, don't judge me man.

It snowed a bit yesterday. The boys were suppose to go back to school today, but it was cancelled. There first snow day!! They are psyched.

Can you believe I wrote "there" instead of "their"? I can't.

No judgement here, Lord of the Rings Rocks!!! Maddy gets scared watching Princess Bride, so there is no way we are getting a family night with LOTR.

Did you know that Lord of the Rings was filmed in New Zealand? Yay! NZ!

"Yay" does not look right. Is it "yea"? How about Yippee!!

Yes, I think the correct spelling (of yay) is actually "yea" but I ALWAYS write "yay" because then I know people will read it right. Lot's of people write "yea" when they mean "yeah" and well, you know, it's just one of those things!

Yay makes me want to say it southern like...yaaa (drawn out vowel).

So how did it look on the flat screen?? We LOVE LOTR, except Ann... I had to take her out of the theatre for the first part of the first movie. The Spiderman preview along with the darkness at the beginning of the movie was just too much for her. She wouldn't go back in with me until they were in the shire. One thing was she wasn't use to movie theatres and with the big screen and big sound... it was too overwhelming for her! She will leave a movie in a heartbeat if something comes up that makes her uncomfortable. She can barely walk by Spencers at the mall... she's pretty sensitive.
